We are a jersey factory from China and with more than 12 years experience. As a world-leading sports jersey manufacturer, our factory focuses on R&D and production for NFL, NBA, and NHL, with an annual capacity of over 30 million pieces and status as a key supply chain partner for the three leagues.

It operates a customized production system via Dongguan-based FastReactPlan, linking bases in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Kunshan (China) to allocate materials and processes—e.g., Chinese Coolmax for NBA, Vietnam’s waterproof fabric cutting for NFL, and Kunshan’s waterless dyeing for NHL vintage styles. A 30-person R&D team follows 5cm-thick league manuals, with 3 sample certifications per order.

Quality control has 3 stages: initial fabric tests (12 items), in-process checks (sewing strength: ≥15N for NBA, ≥20N for others; 5 wash-dry cycles for printing), and final inspection (certification checks, ≤1cm NFL shoulder error, NHL air-leak tests).
It also adapts to industry needs: emergency plans for 300% order surges (72h sampling, 15-day 100k-piece delivery), advanced tech (seamless equipment, 90% water-saving e.dye), and hierarchical production (18 processes for game jerseys, 10 for amateur styles) to balance quality and cost.
